We aim to have in stock items listed in the products section of this website and to give a quick turnround of orders for these items.
We would prefer that you do not place orders for items not listed on this website even though many items previously listed by Exactoscale will be reintroduced as the stock and supply position is sorted out. You may wish to indicate your continued interest in unlisted items by telling us your requirements and it may be we will be able to supply them, but both price and delivery will be uncertain. We will attempt to keep you informed of the position on such `speculative' orders.
Orders mixing listed items and 'speculative' items will not be processed until the whole order can be dealt with. You would therefore be well-advised to place separate orders for items in these two categories. If you have previously placed a mixed order, it may be best to cancel that order and reorder following this guidance.
Please use one of our order forms when placing your order. There are three versions, depending on where you are ordering from. Each of them can be downloaded as a .pdf using the links in the box on the left.
If you provide us with your telephone number or email address, we will be able quickly to sort out any queries arising.
We use your post code (or zip) to help identify you on our system. Please use the space on the order form to tell us if it has changed.
Note that we now charge Post and Packing based on order value, with rates depending on where the order is to be sent.
We accept credit cards (except at exhibitions) and this is our preferred method of payment for non-UK orders.
We are able to accept orders by phone when payment is by credit card.
